Is there a right or a wrong way on how we view art? Is my point of view more correct then yours just because we see and view art differently? Not at all. Because, whether we admit it or not, we’ve all had that moment of uncertainty while viewing art, that feeling that we’re just not getting it. Art in general does not have a concrete definition. Without people to create art or view art, art will be meaningless. This applies to all forms of art. The meaning of art is controversial with many diverse views about it.

If you only take a moment to consider a work of art, you’ll only generate a moment’s opinion. Some of the most enriching and fascinating artwork requires an investment of time to fully appreciate. One of the greatest aspects about art, is that it lets you put life on pause. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Even if it’s just for a few moments, stop worrying about what you need to do next or where you need to be and dive into the artists world.

Take a moment to view the artwork above. What do you see? Is the artwork forceful and dramatic, or is it subtle and contemplative? How does it evoke your feelings? Do you feel sad, happy, curious, or angry? What thoughts play in your head? Does your imagination play or is there nothing at all?

Leave your answers in the comments below and let us know. Whatever your answers maybe be, my answer will be different then yours. As a society, we view things differently so we must respect each others opinion on art. The art is always correct, as it is exactly how it is suppose to be. But we, as the viewers, will never have the right answer.

For this reason, in my opinion, art has the ability to adapt and blend into each of our own needs. It molds to how we feel at the time and what we think of the world and ourselves. With everything else that has been said, we must continue to let all forms of art speak for themselves, because there’s always a bigger picture that we can’t see.
